
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup better, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham crackers
- Beat the cream cheese & butter until fluffy. Mix vanilla extract and sugars into the cream cheese and butter mixture. Add chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Place cream cheese mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Cover the ball with the chopped pecans.
- Serve with graham crackers. I used cinnamon graham crackers because they were 1/2 the price of the chocolate ones & they worked just fine too!
