I'm not really a huge fan of big commercial holidays like Valentine's Day, but wanted to have a special meal...most of America was celebrating the day, I figured we should too :)
I've had a fondue pot for almost 3 years & every time I look at it I think I should use it, but it just never happens, until last week :)
We enjoyed a fabulous dinner of cheese fondue, lots of veggies, & a small salad...we were stuffed!
The next night we had Joel's Valentine meal: filet mignon, potatoes, & asparagus. That boy LOVES red meat and we found a fabulous coupon deal on filet mignon!
