One of my goals is to give a gift that expresses our personality. My love for bubble baths & Joel & I's love for tea inspired last year's presents.
Martha inspires me! I stole pics from her site because I can't find the pictures I took last year. Her stuff is always cuter anyway :)
Bath Salts
Mix 4 cups of sea salt, kosher salt, or Epsom salt with several drops of bath oil. Add a dried fragrant plant such as lavender or eucalyptus into a jar.Mulling Sachets: spice bundle for hot cider
Cut cheesecloth into two 6-inch rounds; layer. In center, place 1/2-inch cinnamon stick, 1 star anise, 2 pods cardamom, 4 black peppercorns, and 1/4 teaspoon cloves. Tie with twine. Set several in tin, and tie with bow and holly sprig. I layered scrapbook paper and typed out instructions: "Place one sachet in mug, fill with hot cider, and steep 3 to 5 minutes."I'm extremely proud of myself for having this year's gift finished, wrapped, and under the tree before December 1st! Yes, I consider myself very lucky to have a husband who helps me with my crafts :)
